What You Will Be Doing

Oversee daily activity of assigned outsourcing relationships.
Serve as primary point of contact in delivering high levels of service and relationship management for CLO/institutional clients.
Prepare quarterly and annual client financial statements and reports.
Generate GAAP reporting for CLO deals.
Record general ledger (GL) journal entries, prepare cash flow account reconciliations, and generate income statements and balance sheets.
Analyze client financials and resolve accounting discrepancies
Guarantee quality service levels by conducting daily servicing activities to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
Assist in developing procedures that ensure processing functions are completed accurately and timely with minimal risk exposure.
Lead, participate in, and/or monitor special projects involving client relationships.
Solve complex problems through research and communications with other departments.
Work closely with other account managers to provide clients with world-class service and swift problem resolution.
Lead personnel who assist in the management of the client relationship.
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Typically 3 to 5 years' experience with CLO/CDOs and investor accounting.
Client servicing experience and excellent interpersonal skills to build high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ability to communicate ideas both verbally, in written form, and via presentation in a clear, concise and professional manner, appropriate to audience, including executives.
Solid organizational, leadership, decision-making and problem solving skills.
Capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, as well as a basic knowledge of how internal systems work.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), colleagues, and clients.

Added Bonus If You Have

Working knowledge of trust systems (i.e. CDO Suite, Solvas)
Familiarity with waterfall calculations
