Requirements
Key responsibilities:
Drive effective revenue operational management for the Chief Revenue Officer
Partner closely with other Leaders to create and drive go to market strategies as well as collaborate cross functionally with various departments to achieve growth goals.
Drive annual planning process for Sales team including incentive compensation design.
Foster a culture of innovation in Revenue Operations practices, tooling and methodologies that will in turn help our teams succeed.
Identify and assess critical needs and partner to translate the needs into actionable items to achieve goals.
Analyze data and identify gaps in current processes/ systems and make recommendations on how to improve and drive revenue growth while promoting scalability and ensuring efficiency.
Manage revenue growth strategy and execution, operations, customer success and data analysis to support Global Sales initiatives.
Build and maintain a world-class, inclusive, diverse, high-performing team by driving effective onboarding, on-going training, retention with a strong remote culture
What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA Degree
15 Years of proven success in revenue operations, sales compensation, or similar in a global SaaS Sales environment
Experience in crafting strategic vision, making data-driven business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions
Proven track record of success with a history of achieving customer retention and expansion sales goals
A blend of sales acumen with a strong customer-centric mindset
Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with all C-Level executives and senior leaders.
Exceptional communications skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with all internal partners.
Experience working in a fast paced Global company leading multiple projects and relationships with continuous change and competing priorities.
Deep knowledge and expertise of tools in the Revenue stack tech including Salesforce, Hubspot,etc.
You are comfortable digging through data and drawing out impactful insights
A sense of humor and disdain for the passive voice
